Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
--------

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product if not used or returned for a refund. If you elect to exchange a product please request for an exchange merchandise number (EMN).

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 30 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn't used or damaged

* You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

* Although optional, please also provide us a reason for your return (i.e., wrong size, wrong color, style, damaged, etc) which will help us to provide our customers with better service and products in the future

Once you receive an RMN from us, send the product with its original packing including the RMA number to:

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you that we have received your returned item, typically this will occur within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the item.

Exchanges
-----------

Exchanges may occur within a similar product type or product price unless the product is no longer available by the manufacturer. In these cases, you will receive a full refund.

Before you exchange the product, please make sure that:

* The product was purchased in the last 30 days

* The product is in its original packaging

* The product isn't used or damaged

* You obtained an Exchange Merchandise Number (EMN) from us

Once your return item is received and inspected for an exchange we will notify you that we have received your returned item, typically this will occur within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the item. 


Please note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping Return
----------------
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product is refundable by including a copy of the postal receipt in the shipment. If the cost of shipment is obvious on the packaging this may be a form of confirmation of shipping cost. If no receipt is included or obvious on the packaging we will not be able to refund you for the cost of shipping the item.

We can't guarantee the receipt of your returned item, therefore, If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note we will not be responsible for the cost of the selected shipping service/insurance. Please also attach contact information such as your email address, shipping address and contact number in your packaging. 

Damaged item
--------------

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance, do not notify or send the product to the manufacturer directly. Once we receive detailed information (including picture) of your damaged product we will refund you the full cost of your item or you may elect to exchange it for another item. Refunds
--------

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and shipping within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
-------------------------------------

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card account.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank (if applicable). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@maverickinmotion.com.

Sale items
----------

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, however, they may be exchanged for similarly priced items. Only regular price items can be refunded, it must not be used or damaged, in its original packaging, and must be within 30 days of the time purchased.
